Greetings in the name of the Lord,As you read this, I don’t
want you to feel sorry for me,because, I know everyone will

My name is Mr Sal Rabb a merchant in
Dubai, in the U.A.E.I have been diagnosed with Esophageal
cancer. It has defiled all forms of medical treatment, and

So far, I have distributed money to some charity
organizations in the U.A.E, Algeria and Malaysia. Now that
my health has deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this
myself anymore. I once asked members of my family to close
one of my accounts and distribute the money that I have
there to charity organization in Bulgaria and Pakistan,
they refused and kept the money to themselves. Hence, I do
not trust them anymore, as they are not contended
with what I have left for them.
The last of my money which no one knows of is the huge cash
deposit of eighteen million dollars $18,000,000,00 that I
have with a finance/Security Company abroad. I will want
you to help me collect this deposit and dispatch it to
charity organizations.I have set aside 10% for your time.

I see there are three types, personal, premier and merchant.

I plan to do some internet surveys that pay cash and I want the money to be sent to a paypal account for security reasons. Im sure in the future I might buy things online but for now its just an account that will be getting money.

Another option I have is to just have the checks from the internet websites sent to my p.o. box. Either way I dont want the checks sent to my home address for obvious security reasons.

My credit card company agreed with my dispute and credited my account for a $7000 charge. The merchant submitted a rebuttal and my credit card company ran out of time to inform me I needed to respond to his rebuttal. Because of this they re-charged me the $7000 on the last possible day and never told me. Of course I called when I got my statement, but now they tell me the dispute cycle is closed and I can not respond to the merchant’s rebuttal; and I’m responsible for the $7000.

is it more likely now, after the bailout, that you will be laid off? or have you only heard rumors? are you frightened? what are you doing if you are frightened?
