I got a bunch of stuff that I don’t want or need anymore so I thought I’d open up a merchant account and sell them on eBay. Still waiting for them to deposit a few cents into my bank account and charge me that $2.45CAD on my credit card for confirmation, so those are going well so far. When I tried to confirm my home address, it asked me for a different credit card than the one I originally put in. Problem is, I don’t have another credit card because one is more than enough for me. Anyone know if there is another way for me to confirm my address to them like a utility bill?
I also have a little eBay problem, too.

Forgot to add this. I’ve also e-mailed Paypal, but their replies takes forever and a day.

do you have debit card from your bank that has a visa or mastercard logo on it? If you do you can use that.

The only way to confirm your address with PayPal via credit card is this.
PayPal will charge your credit card the 2.45, and the transaction should show up on your credit card account in a few days.
Beside the transaction will be “PayPal” and will have a 4 digit number beside it. This is the number you need to enter in the “confirm credit card” or whatever in your PayPal account. I can’t remember exactly the link in your account will say, just look for it, you’ll find it.
Now you can either call your credit card company to get this 4 digit number, or wait until your next statement comes in the mail. Unless of course you have your credit card linked with your online banking.
Until you enter this 4 digit number in your PayPal account, you will keep seeing that link requesting you to verify your address. Once you do, that link will disappear.
Hope this helps
