Does anyone know how I can speak with a technician at yahoo that actually knows what they are talking about?

I guess I have made a mistake, thinking that, by hosting with Yahoo, I would get excellent service and need not worry. Now I’ve got and got a new credit card merchant account, compatible with Yahoo’s something, which is where they directed me, and now I find out that it doesn’t even freaking matter and yahoo cannot apparently, change any settings of the servers they run to host websites.
I am embarassed and a little ashamed of mankind in that, money and materialism over powers man’s ability to see clearly and do the right thing and causes corruption at all levels.

host your site at different service provider where you get these services. and ask before you pay them.
