As far as I know when you use Google Checkout they act as a merchant account for you or in other words like PayPal where you can withdraw funds.

Merchants and shoppers are complaining that Google’s Checkout often takes too long to complete sales transactions and sometimes cancels orders unjustifiably and without warning. I use Simple Payment Systems. They are reliable and I found it the cheapest. They give you Free software with a check out cart, and they will also give you a free credit card terminal if you need it if you have a regular store also. They walk you through set up free,no application fee, no money to start either. Tell them you want the free terminal/software program.Call them or there is a form you can fill out and ask them to call you. Shop around first do not pay any of those fees I stated above or for software and equipment. It is just a waste of money if you do. Read all contracts before you sign up with a company also. I put some links in for you below. Good luck with your company!
