Okay so this is what I’am asking for….I need you experience that you have had with your bank, good and/or bad. I am currently banking with Washington Mutral. However it seems to be a pain in the **** lately.
I am charged $9 fee because of excess activity on my transfers between my account. ***!
I recently just had a debit charged to my account without PIN and I have no idea whom the merchant is. I spoke with someone about a week ago and the charge went away then charged again this month.
So what are you experiences as I want to switch banks and want to know which bank is the best.

I don’t like using banks…they charge for using Your own money…they are all pretty much the same anymore. We should just all go back to hiding your money in coffee cans and under beds.

If you are eligible to join a credit union, consider doing that. They generally have good customer service and are more local.
If not, choose a smaller regional bank. Again, same thing with the customer service. I’m thinking banks like M&T, First Niagara, etc.
good luck!

None of them are going to be fee-friendly towards someone that does a LOT of transactions/month, no matter what bank it is….
