I have been receiving this “RN *REALPLAYER SUPERPA 866-420-5832 US” reoccurrence payment in my monthly credit card statement. The account statement only shows: “RN *REALPLAYER SUPERPA 866-420-5832 US” and I have no idea what it is and how I ended up paying 10 USD every month for it. My card issue bank, instead of canceling this scheduled payment for me, they told me to contact “merchant” for further instruction… sigh… can anyone help me to locate this merchant: RN *REALPLAYER SUPERPA 866-420-5832 US? This is very frustrating….cheers people.

The company is Real Networks. They have a paid version of the RealPlayer media player and run Rhapsody, an online music store.

By calling their number under “Cancel Membership” (should be in the middle of the page), you should be able to talk to someone there who can help you with this.
