Buyer has Paypal + I have Google Checkout = Recieving Payment?

They are both merchant interfaces, with different levels of security. One cannot be used to fund the other. PayPal is owned and managed by Ebay.
They wouldn’t allow their funds to be passed on via Google.
I suggest you stay with PayPal if possible because many buyers won’t use an account that doesn’t accept PayPal, because of the buyer options it offers.
